I always liked Johnny Depp. Well, maybe not in his early post 21 Jumpstreet Nuevo-Greaser phase, but since then, yeah. He's a talented actor and not a total douche bag. Now that I know he's building a huge fist shaped tower so that Hunter S. Thompson's ashes can be fired out of a cannon, I like him even more.


If you have ever seen the second disc of Fear and Loathing or Breakfast with Hunter he talks about having planned and paid for his ashes being shot out of a cannon. The fist is this symbol that he likes a lot and had a necklace of.  


It's called the Gonzo fist.
