column
New column up at the Harlan Daily. It's about nightly routines. And sex. Okay, it's not really about sex, but boy you wanted to read it there for a second, didn't you. Sigh... It's not served very well by the website this time. They take out the spaces between paragraphs, which in this particular column, really draw a hard line between thoughts.
Very awesome! Swiis cake rolls are the best... and salmon patties are the worst. :( Growing up Catholic, that was my mom's answer to the No-Meat-On-Friday-During-Lent Rule. I took a 10 year hiatus from eating much, if any, seafood. Now in my older age, I seem to be gravitating back to it a little.
Salmon patties are delicious when served with fried potatoes, green beans, corn, and macaroni. But if I had to have them every week some of the shine might wear off, I suppose.
I love me some seafood, though. Salmon, catfish, talapia, shrimp, crab, tuna, barbecued eel, calamari...
I have also discovered I need to try a new food before I find out what it is made of. That way, I won't judge the food prior to eating it.
For Instance, I had the opportunity to try a traditional English dish... "something" Pie. Kinda like Shepherds Pie... but not Shepherds. It was good.
you didn't mention the most important part of your nightly routine...
sinner.
It's in there, hidden between the lines.
i'm fighting the temptation to reply to that last post with something crude and vulgar.
Jesus must be in my heart today.
It's about time.
