my week on the internerd
On Mondays I check out the new Perry Bible Fellowship cartoon.
On Tuesdays I read Lying In The Gutters which is a comic book rumor column. I know it's stupid that comic books would have their own rumor column, but they do. It focuses on things like upcoming projects and controversies involving creators and companies - not things like, "Is Aquaman gay?" That's not a rumor. He is gay. Aqua gay. I also go to the Harlan Daily Enterprise page to see if I've been fired yet.
I check a lot of blogs most days. I check James' to see what stupid things are being said in his comment section. I check Scott Glascock's. I check Adam Spradling's but it's rarely updated never proof-read. I read Bunny McIntosh's because she may be the funniest person on the net. I read blogs by comic book writers Warren Ellis, Brian Wood, and Matt Fraction. I also read blogs that belong to Matt Fraction's wife Kelly Sue, and his friend Chris Sebala.
I read Neal Pollack's blog. He writes books without pictures. I also read a fairly famous blog (as famous as a blog can be anyway) by a guy named Tony Pierce every week or so. I like it but something about it bugs me too. I can't put my finger on it. Girls Are Pretty was the inspiration for my Stupid Fiction pieces.
I read a couple of comic book message boards. I read John Byrne's because I enjoy laughing at how unintentionally funny he is. I read one called the Engine and a Delphi Forum, called The V, run by a bunch of british comic book nerds who are really funny. I also read a comic book new site calle Newsarama.
I check out GorillaMask and Double Viking every day for weird stories, links, and videos but they usually feature all the same material. The Superficial is the funniest celebrity new site on the web. I go to You Ain't No Picasso every couple of days to get my indie music fix and to learn things to try and impress Sara. I also check Okkervil River's website, The Counting Crows website, and Sunday Valley's website fairly regularly. Sunday Valley's website has been down forever, though, and they haven't played at the Dame in a while. I fear the worse. Speaking of The Dame. I go to their site to see who's playing every week.
There's more. A couple other blogs. A few more comic book sites. Various news sites. Oh, and porn. Tons and tons of porn. All of it, actually. Every day I look at all the porn on the internet. I'd list it all for you, but this post has already broken the needle on my Self-Absorbed Meter.
Wow...
I never realized how sad your life was.
I joke.
Awww, my feelings are hurt...
But not really.
Crap! I knew I'd leave something out. I totally read Logan's blog every week. I'll update here in a minute.
i never read posts with more than three links included in the text.
never.
I'm pretty sure I could disprove this post with a little bit of research. But that's too much trouble. Instead here's a haiku:
You know what... never mind. That's too much trouble too. Instead, here's a limerick:
God, that's a lot of work too. You kow what? Here's James' phone number instead: 459 765 3892. Call him and tell him what an ass he is.
i called, but it rang to a vietnamese massage parlor.
coincidence? i think not.
"Jame can't come phone right now. He working."
aaaaahahahahha!
Weee ooooooo waaaaaahhh mmoooooaaaaaawwwww. OOOOhhhheeeeeeaaaahhh mwaaaaaaa.
You have the weirdest commenters on the internet. BTW, I used "Internerd" in my latest column, I'm totally stealing your life. It's like that movie, without all the gayness.
I stole "internerd" from either The V or from Matt Fraction. Maybe both.
Oh Spermy... ha, ha, ha...
I just updated! Hopefully I will be doing a better job with that...so you can have something to read almost daily. I know spelling is a pain, I just type 70+ gwam a minute, and I hate to go back and proof read.
I know it is a distraction from what I am trying to communicate. But it is my right on the internet to rebell for once on writing and not proofread...though I do make my self open to cirtics.
