sprung
Been using the newly arrived daylight after work this week to do some yard work. Filled in the treacherous fountain-turned-mosquito-hatchery in my backyard, raked up all the leaves I should have raked up back in the fall, and cleaned out my gutters. The gutters were quite a job. I don't know if they'd been cleaned out in the twenty years the house has been standing. I'm surprised they hadn't fallen off the house under their own weight.
I'm pretty sure that I've got poison ivy again. I tried to keep an eye out for it as I worked, but must have missed it somewhere. Sara, if you read this before we talk - Poison Ivy can't be spread person to person, so don't flip out. My doctor assured me of this last year when I got poison Ivy. I wasn't sure if I believed him at first but he didn't seem hesitant at all during the part of my physical where he laid on top of me so I guess I have to believe him.
