playlist 6/14/06

Last night Sara and I were hanging out at my house, listening to music. I looked out the window at the sun setting and all of a sudden I got a wild hair up my ass that I had to be in my car, driving around downtown.

So we grabbed my iPod, climbed into Big Blue and headed out. We drove around for about an hour, windows down, listening to music. It was awesome. I made a quick on-the-go playlist that lasted for about thirty minutes. After that, Sara hand picked the songs. Here's the playlist as I remember it:

All These Things I've Done - The Killers
Killian's Red - Nada Surf
The Greatest Wonder - Gratitude
Veneer - Jose Gonzales
Nashville - David Mead
Oh My Sweet Carolina - Ryan Adams
New York Serenade - Pete Yorn
Hold You In My Arms - Ray LaMontangne

That sounds like an excellent way to use your fuel resources not to mention all the blood that was shed in the Middle East so you can take your leisure cruise with you honey. Think green punk!

My car runs on love, a-hole!
