weekend

Friday night, Sara and I went to our friend Clark's birthday party. The menu for the party consisted of a party tray from Chick Filet, Italian beef subs, and pot-stickers. I saw my friend Shawn there. He had a borken arm and a broken leg. He fell while jogging. If my math is right, he had to be jogging at about 90 miles an hour to break two limbs. Feel free to check my figures.

Saturday I headed out to St. Awesome's at around 7:45 to help with a memorial service for some of the folks who were killed in the plane crash at Bluegrass airport a few weeks ago. The service was put on by a company that employed several of the passengers. It was really touching. After the memorial we did a quick turn-around for the night's service. I volunteered as video director. After the service Sara and I went to dinner with our friends Charlie B. and Erin W. After that we went back to my place and listened to music til I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. Sara headed home and I went to bed.

Sunday morning headed back to St. Awesome's for more video directing and a tech team meeting. After the meeting I headed to CD Central to pick up the new TV On The Radio, then back home for a nap, a steak, and some Family Guy. Got some writing done too. Busy weekend.

To reiterate the comment on my blog... we were an Awesome Video team this weekend.

If video had an ass, we most certainly kicked it this weekend.

wait, wait, wait...

...video doesn't have an ass?

Well, the Colonel is the ass of St. Awesome's in general, so I guess he technically is the ass of the video dept. as well.

I don't know about Scott, but I doubt Patch could kick my ass, given that he has never been in a fight before.

My fighing experience is well documented.

Do you mean it's on video? Because the only video I've ever seen of you featured you making out with some dude in drag.

You don't think that's what "fighting" means do you?
