Thanks man. I appreciate that. It looks awesome. By looking at the belt, this Flash is obviously Barry Allen. I'm such a loser.
Or he could be Wally West in his first costume as Kid Flash - back in his first appearances, he had a costume identical to the Flash's. Also, when West later began his career as the primary Flash, he had a costume identical to Barry Allen's again. It didn't change to the version with the v-shaped belt until later in his career.
