Using my buddy Chris as my inspiration, I recently downloaded some free message board software and started working on adding a message board to my site. I'm wondering how much use it would get. I, personally, love message boards and have participated in various ones for the last ten years or so. Not everybody gets into that sort of thing, though.

In an attempt to test the waters, I may post a link to the thing in the near future and invite everyone to take a look. In the meantime, Chris recently started a topic over on his board about capitol punishment. The Colonel and I have been participating in the discussion along with Chris' wife, Cher, and eventually (he promises)Chris himself. Feel free to pop over there and sound off. I think you probably have to register to comment, but I'm not sure.

If weighty political/religious conversations aren't your cup o' tea, don't worry. If I finally launch mine, there'll be a good mix of serious and stupid topics. Chris has also given me administrator rights to his board, so I may post some more stuff over there.
