- New recipe up at Patch & Sara Cook. Nothing out of the ordinary, just salmon and asparagus.

- I'm almost not sore at all after yesterday's dodge ball matches. Hopefully that means that I'm getting used to it - not that I've permenantly damaged the nerves in my shoulder and no longer register pain.

- Yesterday I was hanging out with Sara at her house. She was sick and so I was sitting with her, watching TV. It came time for my dodge ball match so I headed upstairs to leave, as I opened the door to the living room, I see No Nick Name Fred sitting on the couch talking to Sara's mom and grandmother. My first thought was that it was an intervention. I thought about making a break for it but I was too drunk to run. Just kidding (it's sad that I feel the need to clarify, but some of you have no sense of humor). N.N. Fred was just there being awesome, as he is known to do. We both headed out together for dodge ball.
