it's coming
So I was in Michael's the other day looking for watchmaker tins and as I'm walking around the store what do I see? Halloween decorations! A couple of weeks earlier I had been in K Mart and seen Halloween candy but it was just a tiny little section.
Halloween is still over two months away, but the cyclical demands of the retail market have thrust it into my consciousness and now there's no turning back!
Halloween is coming!!
For now I'll just announce that my party is tentatively scheduled for October 27th. Everything beyond that will be made clear in time as it's nailed down.
It's never too early to start thinking about your costume!
a great place to get the little metal tins is IKEA. they have them in a thousand shapes and sizes, the only downside is you have to wait for them to come in.
Thanks. I'll check out their website. I found a place that sells exactly what I'm looking for, but I'm a "buy locally if I can help it" kinda guy.
I have no idea why.
you and micah are very alike on this point, he despises my mail-order addiction (his only exception to the rule is for Russian brides...go figure)
I won't even order mail-order brides. Whenever they arrive, the ends are always bent.
Michael's? Watchmaker tins? I'm sure that Sara has never found you more attractive.
I need the tins to keep my bullets and shark teeth in!!
Nope, didn't see that coming.
