Conocopia o' salsa fixin's

Made three different kinds of salsa for Mrs. GG's birthday party this weekend. Because I am a huge nerd I decided to lay out the ingredients and take a picture of them before I started cutting. Not pictured: Cumin, vinegar, and all the love in my heart. And the band aid that fell off my finger during preparation. Wonder who found it?

ask bryan and he'll tell you i am a lover of homemade salsa!!! seriously, i can eat it with a spoon. i tried them all and ate every last drop on my plate but have to say i didn't find the band aid. very yummy!!
